2025 has been an intense and defining year for us – not just as a data and AI company, but as a trusted partner and advisor helping organizations make better decisions with data.
This year, we nearly doubled our revenue, reaching around 10 million PLN, and we deliberately reinvested most of that growth back into the Company – into our People, our offering and the foundations for future products.
Our Team grew from 28 to 44 people (with 5 more people joining us in early January 2026).
We introduced a new organizational structure, strengthened leadership and delivery functions, and implemented processes that allow us to scale – without turning into a rigid, over-engineered organization.
At the same time, we brought AI into our own internal processes – treating it as a real productivity tool, not a buzzword. The goal was also to elevate the credibility of our AI offering by establishing ourselves as a frontier AI firm.
We have also significantly expanded our partnership with Microsoft, gaining two additional Solution Partner designations and growing our CSP business almost four times.
From a delivery perspective, 2025 was extremely busy. We delivered over 60 projects, including several large, multi-phase data platform initiatives across multiple countries – covering cloud on Azure, data platforms, BI, automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven solutions. Once again, we proved that strong data platforms can be built in months, not years.
We continued to grow in HoReCa and NPL industries, expanded into e-commerce and retail, and became a technology partner for a few SaaS startups. We were also present at many industry events – and proud to co-sponsor SQL Day in Wrocław.
This year we have learned a lot about quality. Scaling fast isn’t easy, and we made mistakes – but thanks to the trust of our Customers, we turned those lessons into improvements.
Personally, this was the most challenging year of my professional career – balancing between rapid growth and stability. But my priorities nor values didn’t change: people and quality still come first. And I still wear hoodie.
