We are seeking our first dedicated Sales Development Manager to spearhead our commercial growth and build our sales function from the ground up. RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales process design and optimization

Client relationship management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the sales process

  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to successful closure

Strategic partnerships and business development

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with complementary technology providers

Cross-functional collaboration

Team building and development

REQUIREMENTS

Experience and background

  • Minimum 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, software, or technology consulting
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing
  • Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise software sales is highly valued
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments preferred

Skills and competencies:

  • Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to generate new business independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Polish and English (B2/C1 level required)

                INFORMATION CLAUSE for job candidates at DataRiseLab Sp. z o.o.

                Applying in practice the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), as a Company committed to maintaining high standards in the field of personal data protection, we provide below important information regarding the processing of your personal data as a job candidate.

                1. In accordance with Article 13 section 1 of the GDPR, we inform you that the controller of personal data obtained directly from you in the recruitment process is DataRiseLab Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul.                 2. Purpose, scope and basis of data processing:

                • Your personal data, to the extent specified by labor law, i.e. name, surname, date of birth, contact details, information on education, skills, professional experience, as well as data on previous employers, positions held and professional duties, will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the current recruitment process on the basis of:
                    • Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR – processing necessary for the preparation and implementation of a cooperation agreement (B2B contract / contract of mandate / contract for specific work);
                    • Article 6, section 1, letter c of the GDPR in connection with Article 221 of the Labour Code – data processing necessary to conduct the recruitment process and fulfil the legal obligations of the Controller, including the assessment of professional qualifications, maintaining recruitment documentation, ensuring compliance with the principles of employment, preparing and concluding an employment contract.
                  • If job candidates provide us with more data than indicated in the Labor Code (e.g. image, marital status, etc.) on their own initiative, the Company assumes that the basis for their processing is the candidate’s consent (Article 6, Section 1, Letter a of the GDPR), which is manifested by sending the Company their recruitment application containing this data. Providing additional data is voluntary and does not affect the recruitment process.
                  • The Administrator will process your personal data, also in subsequent recruitment processes, if you give your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR), which may be withdrawn by you at any time.
                  • If your recruitment documents contain special category data pursuant to Art. 9 sec. 1 GDPR (so-called “sensitive data”), their processing requires your express consent (Art. 9 sec. 2 letter a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

                  3. Personal data of job candidates may be transferred to entities cooperating with DataRiseLab sp. z o.o., providing recruitment services to the Company, as well as external entities supporting the Company’s IT systems. These entities will process your data only on our behalf, on the basis of the necessary agreements and with the provision by these entities of appropriate measures to protect the personal data entrusted to them.

                  4. Your personal data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the recruitment process is completed, for a maximum period of 6 months. During this time, we will process this data for the purpose of the first recruitment, in the event of the need to re-select a candidate for the same position that was the subject of the previous recruitment, to employ an additional candidate for the same position or in the event of a situation related to claims related to recruitment.

                  5. In the event that you express your consent to the use of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment, the data will be stored for a period of 2 years, starting from the year following the year of submitting the application documents to the Company. After this time, the data will be deleted.

                  6. As the Personal Data Administrator, DataRiseLab Sp. z o.o., ensures the right to:

                      • demand from the Administrator access to the content of your personal data, its rectification, deletion or restriction of the processing of personal data;
                      • data transfer;
                      • object to processing;
                      • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
                      • if the processing is based on your consent, the Administrator ensures the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing that took place before its withdrawal.

                              7. Providing your personal data in the scope resulting from Article 221 of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing other data is voluntary.

                              8. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
