RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design or re-design software architectures around data – from a “classic” like Data Warehouses or Business Intelligence, over the Data Lake approach up to modern open architecture like Lakehouse (Databricks).
- Work on functional and non-functional requirements, help to shape them into a deliverable form, structure in Backlog and help to plan implementation scenarios.
- Scope and prepare POC for new topics around data.
- Design process and data-flow diagrams, integration templates, reporting and analytics models.
- Conduct complex analysis of problems and issues from the area of performance, cost optimisation and data freshness.
- Design and help to conduct migration-like projects (on-prem to cloud)
- Implement project best practices and technics allowing for fast and high-quality delivery (like CI/CD).
- Help and coordinate work in projects using agile-based approaches.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as Data Architect / Data Solution Architect.
- Experience in Data warehouse / Business intelligence methodology and architecture design
- Knowledge of modern data software architectures
- Experience with data modelling, ETL/ELT and data integration
- Experience in Azure Data service portfolio (i.e., Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Power BI)
- Problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good communication skills in English (B2 level)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the Lakehouse (Databricks) architecture design principles and/or project experience
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Fabric

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer who has great experience in delivering complex Power BI models and dashboards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing and implementing complex Power BI models (Import, Direct Query and Dual)
- Designing and implementing complex, rich in content and controls dashboards and reports in Power BI (including UX/UI designs)
- Propose Source objects (Data Marts) data layout and structure to improve reload and refresh times

2. Purpose, scope and basis of data processing:
- Your personal data, to the extent specified by labor law, i.e. name, surname, date of birth, contact details, information on education, skills, professional experience, as well as data on previous employers, positions held and professional duties, will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the current recruitment process on the basis of:

- Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR – processing necessary for the preparation and implementation of a cooperation agreement (B2B contract / contract of mandate / contract for specific work);

Personal data of job candidates may be transferred to entities cooperating with DataRiseLab sp. z o.o., providing recruitment services to the Company, as well as external entities supporting the Company’s IT systems. These entities will process your data only on our behalf, on the basis of the necessary agreements and with the provision by these entities of appropriate measures to protect the personal data entrusted to them.
4. Your personal data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the recruitment process is completed, for a maximum period of 6 months. During this time, we will process this data for the purpose of the first recruitment, in the event of the need to re-select a candidate for the same position that was the subject of the previous recruitment, to employ an additional candidate for the same position or in the event of a situation related to claims related to recruitment.
5. In the event that you express your consent to the use of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment, the data will be stored for a period of 2 years, starting from the year following the year of submitting the application documents to the Company. After this time, the data will be deleted.
6. As the Personal Data Administrator, DataRiseLab Sp. z o.o., ensures the right to:

- demand from the Administrator access to the content of your personal data, its rectification, deletion or restriction of the processing of personal data;
- data transfer;
- object to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
- if the processing is based on your consent, the Administrator ensures the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing that took place before its withdrawal.
